The Cave Party is ideal for a casual gathering of participants in an unusual environment where good food and wildness mingle together.

In the Ballroom

• A black and gold tent effect is created, highlighting the grandeur of the venue with chandeliers and dimmed lighting.
• Round tables are set up for ten people each with table linen in black, white and gold.
• Each table has a specially created table centrepiece of fresh flowers and candles.
• The service staff are dressed in elegant black tuxedos or tail coats, with white gloves and gold bow ties.
• A four- or five-course menu is normally recommended for this theme but an elegant buffet can also be created if required.
• A band stage and dance floor with a black and gold backdrop complements the room set-up
